    逗點前為主要子句,動詞為ended
    逗點後為修飾用從屬子句.動詞為已經被省略的"is"(or was?)

    所以這句話是這個意思嗎?
    "隨著這個領域中大部份的公司被證明建立在不健全的商業模式之上, 90年代大量出現的科技公司倒了一堆"
