此處的when昰做連接詞嗎?

總覺得有連接詞,前後都需要有動詞.

"exercise"昰在怎樣的情況下變成exercising?

Some recommend drinking up to  12 cups a day when exercising in the hot sun.

另外,這句話可以把"up to"拿掉嗎?例如:

Some recommend drinking 12 cups a day when exercising in the hot sun

這是某個體育新聞的標題.
我大概猜的出來其意思是"義大利已取得決賽資格",不過對於"nothing as" 的用法不是很清楚,
上網找了一下都是Pearl Jam的歌 "Nothing As It Seems"

大概看的出來這段話的意思是
"這不是個好主意,因為駭客可以透過已被侵入的電腦發動攻擊,而這些電腦真正的使用者卻不知情",但我看不太懂" worth their weight in salt "這部份,
(我上網查了一下,有個諺語叫"worth one's salt  "意思是"值得的",不知道有沒有關連??)

This is not a wise idea because any hackers worth their weight in salt lunch their attacks from computer systems that they have already compromised, and the true owner of the system is unaware of what is going on.

用qué來問更詳細的工作內容

一般在問對方的職業可用
"¿a qué te dedicas?"
對方可能會回答
"Soy ingeniero"

但如果想問對方是那一種工程師,可以這樣問嗎?

"qué ingeniero te dedicas?"

(對方可能會回答 "Soy ingeniero de 機械"...)

incline的用法

上面這句話我大概猜得出來含意因該是
"即使是第二代程式語言,FORTRAN和COBOL,仍被認為是數學或技術性領域的東西"

但原文我有兩個地方不太懂

(1)inclined在這邊的含意是什麼?我一直沒辦法把字典裡的解釋(傾向)融入這句話中

(2)of 後面為何加副詞? 副詞用來修飾動詞或形容詞,所以在此處是修飾 inclined???

問句的還原

我在書上的練習題看到一個問句
¿Dónde podemos tomar tapas?
我本來的想法是主詞因該出現在動詞後,
所以寫初來的答案是

Tapas podemos tomar en El Pádel.

但這句話愈看愈怪.....所以我在想 "tapas" 因該是受詞....主詞已被省略隱含在 podemos之中
所以我把答案改成
  Podemos tomar tapas en El Pádel.

不知道這樣對不對

en的問題

¿En qué estación de metro está el restaurante peruano?

這句話我感覺得出來,意思因該是在問"peruano餐廳在捷運那一站"?
可是如果硬是要我直翻會變成"那一個捷運站在 peruano餐廳裡?"
這樣很怪啊,捷運站怎麼可能在餐廳裡?
