這段話是看得懂, 念起來也覺得很順,甚至我自己都會這樣寫.

"Above￡350,000 was spent by the French on computers which was slightly more than the British who spent exactly ￡350,000. "

但我還是有點疑問, 如果將這句話看成是 "A was more than B"

A: Above￡350,000 was spent by the French on computers
B: British (who spent exactly ￡350,000. )

這樣 A是一個"完整的動作", B是國家, 拿"動作"和"國家"比感覺怪怪的, 雖然原句中資訊給得很充分,看的人應該很容易理解
